The problem is at this point I don't think anyone is holding up the Heter and she's still with him.

I don't get what you are saying. How are you explaining anything by comparing R shmuel to tanach figure who erred and did teshuva?

Imho They are not directly attacking R Shmuel because that isn't the point of the machoas. Even RNG was attacked by some in a constructive way, he was requested to separate the sinners. There would be no constructive reason to talk about R Shmuel after he officially denied involvement.

Noone cares if knopfler is a letz or not.

AFAIK al pi beis din is definitely Ones and mutter, the only question is if she knew the BD was based on false information.

I wonder if it's possible to be melamed zechus on R Shmuel that he's holding back in order to keep her אנוסה... Afaik he's known to be more pragmatically practical and less of a kanai like the Eida Charadeis type.

She's an Ones today? Someone should tell her that the "number one rov" is also currently the number one controversial posek in America. - He himself openly says that he does not know the facts here. Tamar Epstein DOES know the facts very very well. She bemayzid went along with this charade of fooling the "number one rov" about the facts.

The last thing anyone would call her is an ones. Simply ridiculous.
