Sprint data speed in my area dropped almost dead the last couple of weeks,
I called/emailed them to let me get out of contract without having to pay the ETF, but that was a no go,
I emailed that Dan Hesse guy from sprint, but that too wasn't productive,
So I filed a complaint with the FCC on Monday, does anybody have any experience with how long it takes them to intervene, or come back with an answer?
