How to get 6 BA miles

Long story short have an account from a relative that doesnt use a BA cc, I'm missing 6 miles, and don't feel like wasting 1,000 amex.

Any spam out there that will get me the 6 miles?

Whats the minimum you can purchase from BA? They charge 5.5 cent a mile but for 6 miles that price wont kill you  :)
