I'm sure y'all remember this promo:
http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/3582my question is as follows:
In a case where the cardmember is not the one flying do you think I will still get the bonus points?
If yes who gets the points? the logged in true blue member who booked the flight?
the terms & conditions do not state explicitly that the cardmember must be the one traveling, however, they do say that "Offer...will be awarded only to cardmember" and they don't explicitly ask for the "cardmember's" trueblue number...
I called jetblue 2 different times to ask about this, once I was told the cardmember needs to be the one flying, once I was told the cardmember does not need to be the one flying...
They also say "once per itinerary", if I have 3 separate reservations on the same flights is each reservation considered a separate itinerary?
I'm thinking of changing a couple of tickets booked in this manner but if it's going to cost 50 points per ticket it may not be worth it.
what do you guys think? will I get the points for all 3?
