Anyone have experience returning to Mint? Just want to make sure I follow the process properly.
I submitted a request to return ("changed my mind" reason) and it says Customers with a return that qualifies for a prepaid return label will receive an E-mail with further instructions within one business day.
But there is immediately a link to print a USPS label as well as an "RMA form". The RMA form talks about UPS and me paying for shipping, but the USPS label looks like a regular prepaid shipping label.
Suffice to say I'm confused.
Can I just print the USPS label, slap it on the box and drop off at post office?

BTW, I slapped on the USPS label, sent it back (shipping was very slow which made me nervous) but got my refund with no action taken. Was actually really easy.

The mint says if not sent back within 7 days they'll return to you.

The last release was 2k, I wasn't on top of it, finally got mint to send me label, I finally sent it back and they got it but I realized that it's about a month from the time of the order to when they got it back. Do you think they are going to refund me or refuse it?.

Likewise I have the recent deal pending, also won't let me cancel ugh
