A decent Free vpn is cyberghost

USA is not available in the free plan, but there should be done countries on the list that work

Any tips on language to get the bonus?

Maybe the person who clicked on my link made a purchase but didn't verify their identity? That's the 2nd part of the criteria.

It has only been two days... I'm trying many types of ways to purchase but keeps saying Israel can't purchase. There's a way to change my location by giving them my license, so it's in the verification stage. Should be within a day or two. If the next person wants to use my referral link, let me know. As of now I am still in the process of purchasing.

Ah sorry. Although normally takes 10 minutes...
Maybe for now allow someone else to use current link and if you ever figure it out he will reimburse you... Just a suggestion

3) Verify your US number

Heads up that the referral bonus has changed. The website now says: "Invite a friend who buys $100 of bitcoin or more, and you'll both earn $10 of free bitcoin!"
