What do you think of Shyp.com?

Have you heard of the new start-up www.shyp.com?

If you have something to ship- they'll come pick it up from you, package it, and ship it. Charge is USPS + $5 for the pickup (waived if you ship 2 or more items). Items are insured up to 1k. It's currently only available in SF areas.

What do you think of this?

Think it'll ever become something major? How on earth are they making money?

Interesting Idea.
They probably get better shipping rates.

Enough to justify free pickup for 2+ items?! They must be doing awfully large volume for that, no?
