Not disagreeing, but I went down the list of the 30 or so biggest and basically most of them have very tight geographic limits, and the rest denied me or never responded (my chex isn't bad). Its not impossible, but many more misses than hits. And some switched to coding as cash advance.

This is pretty much spot on except the CA part. Very few and none that I have used were CA's.
