No feedback or experience, but site (https://www.startallback.com/) loads fine here.

In general, it's not the best idea to play around/replace such essential system components, except if it's that important to you.

Would excel work? Using Ctrl ; inserts date and Ctrl shift ; inserts time.

IME, once you get the formula set up on Excel, it's super simple.
It's especially great as you can modify it to your exact needs.
