I get told the same thing in the store. I guess BB and OD are violating Fed reg.

I also ordered 20 and received the same phone call but the rep told me that 10 is ok because they only let up to $2000 but they don't include fees.

The GCs what you will receive is not activated. You will receive activate code later. So if your GCs got lost in the mail, they will send you the new ones.

in the future don't do in store pick up with gift card orders at staples... IME they come in the mail and the manager doesent realize they are gift cards for a customer. It becomes a huge pain in the neck! I think someone else mentioned this upthread as well.

Why should people send it to a store in the first place? Why not direct to your home?
