It is voided but the manager said that since they've had people try to use them more than once claiming that it must be a mistake that it shows up used since they have it in their hand, they changed their policy. Ridiculous if you ask me but nobody ever does.

Iv'e been to JFK but not CLE...based on loungebuddy pics, you are in a palace compared to JFK. You got the $10 credit I'm assuming?
