I said they are at least as good, doesnt mean they are better. Although
I believe that the hidurim and chumros that are implemented in the American matzo process are probably better than the Badatz commercialized process. Would Satmar eat Badatz over their own? I doubt it.
And why do you assume that Badatz is able to better implement processes and procedures over any of the other chasidish bakeries? I find it much harder to believe that Israeli processes and procedures are better than American ones.
