Yes it's fine. On of mine fell down and the sound broke.
It records "events" - a few seconds when it is triggered by movement or sounds. Unless you use an SD card for continuous.
So far the wyze cameras are ok. I have 3 for now, with an SD card in all.
I have 2 points of criticism currently: 1) It doesn't indicate where events happened in playback mode
. You literally have to sit there and move the slider minute by minute or just watch it for an unknown amount of time until you get to what you are looking for.
Upon googling I see this is a very common problem with lots of people looking for a solution:
https://forums.wyzecam.com/t/mark-events-in-playback/6742Yes, based on the events timeline I have an idea of the time frame but it's still very frustrating to be shooting in the dark.
2) Why oh why is there no way to view the play back or even live stream on a pc?? I want to be able to see all the cams in real time on a monitor not just a phone. I googled and found the app tinycam pro can help but that is limited to just 2 cams at a time.
