Hertz started selling off used Teslas: https://www.hertzcarsales.com/all-inventory/index.htm?redirectFromMissingVDP=true&geoZip=11690&geoRadius=0&make=Tesla&sortBy=internetPrice%20asc
Morons. Just make the electricity free and everyone would have been lining up to rent them.
I work in real estate and have received calls from Tesla about adding superchargers at some of the properties that we own. Between the amount of space that they require and the structure that they offer to property owners, for many owners it just doesn’t make sense. (Though it obviously make sense for some as they’ve succeeded in building so many.) I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve already been calling owners of suitable properties in Lakewood and just haven’t found something that works for all parties. That being said, on the off chance that anyone has real estate in Lakewood that might be suitable and wants to talk to someone at Tesla, I’d be happy to connect you.
My Tesla got rear ended before Pesach. Anyone have experience with body repairs and can recommend (or recommend who I should avoid...)?I see this place is third party certified by Teslahttps://countylineautonj.com/
They always sell off old cars. They're 3 years old with 90k miles.
Price stayed the same but no longer eligible for $7500
except for leases
Does that make sense though? If the car isn't eligible for the credit why/how can they be giving it on a lease?
Nope. It’s because nobody wants them.https://www.wsj.com/business/autos/after-big-tesla-bet-hertz-selling-one-third-of-ev-fleet-5626a425?mod=mhp
The fact that they want it 80%+ battery to return it definitely has alot of people avoiding it as it essentially means you need to spend 30min near an airport charging They could do 50%+ or 10$ flat fee that would have many more people renting it
