As I don't have much time to write, I will try to make it short. As I'm looking to purchase new tickets for this year's vacation I remembered that I never took care of this unpleasant experience.
1. My wife ( pregnant at the time ) was very cold during the flight. We requested a blanket and was told that "we don't provide blankets on domestic flights". Which of course is false.( We had on the return flight.)
2. The screen didn't work for the entire 6 hour flight! We spoke to multiple flight attendants, no one was able to help. It was a full flight and there was no option to change seats.
I can write this emotionally and dramatically, however I am positive that United will stand behind their commitment to provide their customers with the highest level of satisfaction"
