challenging search - low price rooms near wsahington dc for inaugaration

going to be in the area for a family simcha and would like to treat my family to the sight and specatacle of Washington and a presidential inaugaration. whatever rooms are available are $100 to start and way more as you get closer. would appreciate if anyone finds a couple of rooms not to far out and near minyanim (like silver spring md) from 1/19-1/21. let me know in reply or PM

normally i would look for the $49-$69 type of deals. i haven't seen anything like that within 30 miles. we are looking for a location as close as possible.

i'd use my starwood points. we tried a new property in silver spring but it didnt work out.
