Seems prices are the same for kosher/non-kosher. Don't see non-kosher making it with those high prices.

He might use kosher sauces and spices but non kosher meat is a fraction of the price.

We're discussing the idiosyncrasies of having a kosher and non kosher restaurant next door with the same owners and some overlap on the menu.
