Went off coffee 2 years ago. Used to drink 5-10 cups a day. I sleep better & am overall less anxious & on edge.
Haven't had a single cup since, as I know once I blink once, it will be over.
Once in a while I'm excruciatingly tired and crave it, but for the most part I don't feel the desire. More than anything, I miss it as an activity. I drink non caffeinated tea as a replacement.
