Notary in Israel (yerushalaim)
« on: May 26, 2013, 05:15:26 PM »
Anyone know of a notary  Based in yerushalaim that can translate (from German!) and notarize a birth certificate for a decent amount of money? (Less then 500shekel!)

Nope. But may get better results if you ask for a notary.

all notaries charge the same price- its set by the government-translation is included in the set price. I needed a notary- i went to yaffo street and went into the building by crack square- (its full of lawyers) and knocked on doors, found one who did it on the spot. Notary in Israel- takes them time to do it, they use a special wax seal with special ribbon that is threaded through the document. It cost about ₪200-250 i don't remember.

through google i found this-http://www.frydmanlaw.co.il/

+1 although it is still worth checking more than one place, as even though the prices are supposed to be set by the goverment they sometimes change that rule IME
