Very annoying. Only reason I shopped at Target was because of Shipt and it was free. If they're charging, I will get Walmart+ and get cheaper prices and more selection. According to the website, it's still valid, but I don't see how to do it.

I don't have it in my account but a friend had an offer for a free year of Circle 360. Maybe they are trying to get everyone to switch over?

I paid for shipt membership and got an email for a complimentary year of target 360. I had to activate it, and although my current shipt membership expires in 2 months, after I activated target circle my membership now expires a year from today. so if anyone is a current paid shipt member, you may want to wait before activating your complimentary target circle membership.

I had a natural english speaking customer service representative on the phone. Once they heard what I was calling about they transferred me to the target 360 call center where someone with extremely poor English skills explained that they are requiring a new membership now and will not be honoring Shipt any longer. There is nothing to be done other than fork out for a new subscription. I reached out to Shipt and they offered to transfer me to Target to purchase a new membership as well.

I deleted my target circle account and closed my Redcard. Each time they asked me why and “made note of it” Another loss was the ability to have deliveries with EBT which Shipt doesn’t process but Target.com did.
