Amex has offered them for 2.5cpp for a long time now, so I imagine someone is paying that price...

Get some Quotes for BA/Delta miles, with the current 50% bonuses (BA ends at the end of this month, DL ends 9/30/2011), any offer for BA/DL above $0.0107/mile or so (depending on the amount, but easier to calculate now that there's temporarily no fee for transferring Amex to DL) will effectively be more than 1.6/MR point.
