This doesn't show up by them as a fee. I once went into TD Bank with the receipts and they manually reimburse me.
Can TD see how much Israeli shekel I took out?
If yes then I surely could get reimbursed as an ATM doesn't give out coins?
I hope it does show otherwise I would lose a couple of bucks.
It's amazing how it's known to be free but they rack on another few shekel for taking out in bank hapoalin.
It's the same with the ATMs they tell you they're going to add on 6.90 to your total and not a separate charge for the fee for using the ATM so there is really no way to know if it was a fee or that was the amount you took out unless the bank can see exactly how much shekel you took out, just like a credit card could see exactly how much you swipe for , I don't see why a debit card should be any different it should be able to see the same exact thing as you credit card can see, I guess I will find out at the end of the statement cycle which is on the 25th.
