My phone used to drain battery like crazy when I wasn't using it before I got this app. Now my battery life is way better.

What phone are you using?

I haven't really felt the need to have any battery apps in recent years with newer devices.

It tells you in the app it depends how much apps it finds open. You have to add certain app to the white list since it completely shuts down all the apps that are open. Even when you slide away apps they are still open somewhere on your phone and this app completely shuts them down.

the problem i find with these apps is that right after it shuts down the background apps, they power right back up. can you confirm thats not the case with this one?

If you don't open them up right after you shut it then it won't open up. I only found that the Amazon app does restart after closing it, otherwise all the other apps stay closed until you open them up again.

Didnt say that. Sometimes ppl are time bound as well. Currently there is no way I am switching over and paying a hefty fee. Maybe when the contract is up or being extended. For now though, I am just trying to utilize my phone (and its battery life) to the fullest :)
