I finished the requirements 2 months ago and still haven't received the points. I called up to confirm amd they said that I should be getting it.
any1 got theirs ?

Only on credit cards and flights.

Darn!!!! Just HUCA'd with BofA a few times, waited on hold etc... and was told that I will NOT get the 25K AS miles because it was a targeted promotion and I wasn't targeted... I'm pissed off.

So what do I do? I still need another 12K miles to round off an award.. what are my options? Transfer from SPG, buy them, anything else?

Open a new AS cc.
