She profiled you. Life isn't always fair.
She's not a Navi; she's using demographic generalizations. She doesn't know every customer's return habits, but she (thinks she) knows trends.
Again you're missing the boat. Shes not a navi but she's not savvy either. She's embarrassing the majority of her potential customers to cater to others. As they say, penny wise, pound foolish. It's a terrible way to run an online business and she lost all her integrity. To understand it better- If Kaepernick had an online store, it would be called Shan and Toad. Aka the right to be foolish.
Some other points-the amount of vile words directed at our community due to that return policy is endless. And she still didn't take it down. I also noticed that for a refund. all returns must be in brand new condition with tags, so these accusations based on her supposed experiences of receiving used goods are obviously imaginary. She's simply treating people outside the main religious communities much better by providing cash instead of credit for brand new returns.
And lastly, she might be breaking some racial discrimation laws- geographic discrimination is illegal if it's simply a proxy to discriminate against a certain ethnicity/race.
