How can you see how many miles you have if you don't have an online profile? Why can't you make an account?

Well I spoke to BOFA and for an online profile for business. I have an AS account online to check for miles. I plan on speaking to them tomorrow to work out why they cancelled one of my personal apps and get then to approve it.

I had 6k on one card and in order to get approved for a second i transferred 5k to open a second card.This would make my first card that has 1k CL the lower version. Can I still spend 1k and get $100 back?
