Disagree. Tipping overall is not good. It's almost like paying ransom. Raise the prices or ask for a higher percentage. Relying on tips is not the way to go.

tell me about it, one time that I got a hair cut from a bachur in yeshiva, he charged me more then the other bochrim barbers charged, bec. of the tip.
never used him again, you don't tell me how much to tip, also you have absolutely no overhead, using yeshivas space and electicity without paying fot it, then charge extra?

Everyone is entitled to get haircuts in their Yeshiva, and the one giving the haircut is allowed to charge. Why would he have to pay for using the space? If you're in a Yeshiva, why can't you use the electricity?
