This minyan is somewhat visible through the trees from my deck, where I tend to daven, and it can normally be heard quite clearly.
I've decided not to answer amen when I hear them say kaddish and so on - I feel that this minyan is a case of 'בוצע ברך נאץ ה. Is this a valid halachic mehalech?
It's what I keep on saying. If you are referring to a Shachris minyan, why don't they daven at netz which is better than tzibur?
And by the way, lets be honest with ourselves. If you are someone who misses minyan for something unessential (yes travel for pleasure is unessential) then you have no right to make a stink about this. You wouldn't show up to minyan if only some rabbanim told you not to. Its the guys who always make it to minyan, three times a day, that count. They know that despite the fact that they would do anything to make a minyan, they still wont now because of sakana.
