Hyatt suite upgrades and Priceline

If I book a room at Hyatt through Priceline, can I then call them and use the suite upgrades I have to use up before the end of February?

Joeb1, what do you mean search and you will find? Also, once I have the room reservations at a Hyatt, they can refuse to let me upgrade? How about a room booked through Orbitz?
