Stores that have absolutely no chametz issues: Aldi, BJs, Costco, CVS, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, Sams Club, Trader Joes, Walgreens, Walmart, Wawa, Whole Foods.
Owned by Yidden, but business is sold for Pesach: Stop and Shop, Winn Dixie, Key Food.
Target is a potential issue because of the distributors. It's difficult to know.
Amazon is ok if sold by Amazon itself.

Publicly traded companies aren't an issue.? Goes by voting rights? Just wondering

Huge shoutout to @moko and the KVH team for certifying Stop and Shop in Lakewood, allowing me to get delicious freh baked chometz baguettes and cookies immediately after the zman!

FYI, the in store bakery is relying on the c&s mechira. Immediately after pesach, it's actually more likely that the product is from before pesach

Depends who you ask. They claim they only use OU and Kof k certified flavors, but one of the OU Mashgichim (no names) that visit one of their bottling plants said that the manager of the plan said that the triangle K hasn't been there in years, so who knows. I guess if you rely on "lists", this ain't any worse.

As a wise man said, Triangle K may be relied on for all items that don't need a Hechsher

Washing well and blending would be a sfek sfeika. Just because a "mumche" occasionally found  whole insects after blending doesn't necessarily remove the fact that it's still a safek.. one safek if it's there and one safek if was ground up.
It would be great if the mumche in metzius was also a mumche in halacha.

It is very questionable if one may cause a ספק ספיקא בידים this way.

(I’ve also been wondering how it permitted to “blend them well” if you wouldn’t necessarily have been doing so without the תולעים problem.)

That is the default. The Halacha of אין כוונתו לבטל is referring to bitul, where the issur no longer exists. Proof is necessary to extend it to the Halacha of ס״ס to alleviate אין עושין בידים.
It is clear from the חכמת אדם that it is not a heter to create a ס״ס. I’ll post when I have a chance.

Many achronim hold that a safek issur is mutar to be mevatal לכתחילה, even if it’s כוונתו לבטל. According to them any safek can be made into a ס״ס? This cannot be, that would render אין עושין בידים virtually obsolete.
