Skyteam doesn't have miles.

There are numerous airlines which are part of the Skyteam alliance.
Which airline are the miles with?

Try Flying Blue. (Air France, KLM), if you have the choice.

Czech Air.

Im not sure, as it seems they do offer one-ways, but not to the usa (as opposed to returns which are offered).

So maybe they only allow one ways on their own fleet....

give them a call.

But can't I use those miles to book with any airline in Skyteam?

you can, but to the extend that they allow you to.

for example, if they would say you need to book a week before flight takes place, you will have to follow this rule, as you use their points.

Where in the US does OK fly to?
While they fly PRG-TLV, I believe the flights to the US are DL metal/OK coded.

Lately?
I just don't see any flights...
I'll be glad to be wrong, as they usually have pretty good availability, especially PRG-TLV.

I'm not sure about the rest

But you can earn AA miles when flying El Al.

                           I hope that's helpful.
