I miscalculated and missed my spending limit for my British Airways card by two days- anyone ever have any luck getting them to give it to you.

I called and the rep said there is nothing I can do- I can try faxing a letter to the marketing dept.- anyone?

B"H and BS"D are interchangeable.
Even the holiest of people only write it once on a page though AFAIK.

Just following up- I ended up calling back and asking them to send a message to the marketing department. I got a letter for the marketing department saying that they have given me the 50,000 miles
