The Two Dozen Colorful Roses you requested has been replaced by Deluxe Smiles & Sunshine . It will arrive on the date you selected ( 05/18/2018 ). We made this change because the Two Dozen Colorful Roses you ordered failed to pass our quality requirements.
Please know that this is an extremely rare occurrence, and that we are making this substitution only to ensure that a gift arrives on the date you requested. As a matter of principle, we believe it is better to get a gift there on time, than to delay delivery and perhaps miss an important occasion.
We are terribly sorry for this change. This shouldn't have happened, but it did and we take full responsibility. Please, let us begin making it up to you by refunding 25% of your item that was replaced on the order. A refund in the amount of $ 6.25 has been issued and will be processed 5 to 7 business days after your order has been delivered and charged.
When mistakes like this happen, it's disheartening for all of us, because it means we've let you down. And our whole goal, our entire purpose, is to serve you and help you make the special people in your life feel all the more special.
