When did they send the email? It took 2-3 days from when I received the email until I received the refund. Keep in mind that if you used a business card the refund might not post until the next business day (Monday.

My refund came the day after I filed a dispute. Somebody upthread said that means the refund would have come anyway, but I am not so sure. Today, I got an email from AMEX saying: "DISPUTE RESOLVED."

IMHO there was no reason to file a dispute..
When you charge something it stays pending for a day or so.
When something gets refunded it usually takes a couple days to show up.
IME with this deal it took about 48 hours for the refund to show up.
Really not such a big deal

I have been a constant contact member over a year
have 2 pending orders, been 17 days since first order.
I phoned constant contact Friday and they confirmed its legitimate.
I gave them my order information and they would research why order has not shipped when they specify 2 weeks

FYI I just got an email from FedEx that a package from Constant Contact is on the way and will be delivered tomorrow.
