BH it appears they ARE going to accommodate me! I have two stays grouped together from 3/3-3/5 & 3/5-3/6..the 3/3-3/5 needed to be cancelled by 2/29 so I would be unable to cancel and rebook on 3/1 (its a C&P night which I don't believe I would have been able to rebook on 3/1). I called SPG, and the rep said initially that the new point system was not available for them to book in as of yet. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or someone who may know more about when they would have the new system available to them to make the adjustment, and she said I should wait on hold. She came back and said they were "coding" my account to be sent to another department who will take care of the adjustment before I check in.
