Let me clarify, it appears JJ is referring to being a registered organ donor, something (in NJ) you do at the DMV, and is marked on your license. It is when one dies from injury not sickness, most of ones organs are still healthy, so after death they can be used for a person in need. Not "donating an organ" which is done alive, and you can chose to who, which we jews do
Politics has already done that
WOW! Now I know why many of you twist what I say. You are not actually twisting what I say. You live in another world.

?
At this point I will delete my message. That was enough for me to stand corrected
But is it is in a mokom bizayon you can make a workaround
Wimp.
With a goy?
It seems there is confusion what "organ donor" is.
Are Jews allowed to be recipients of an organ donor?
Why isn’t pikuach nefesh דוחה this ? It’s דוחה shabbos, kashrus & most other mitzvas.
Because pikuch nefesh applies only for a Jew. A hatzala bus cannot pick up a goy to save his life even if they are already driving even if he is going to die otherwise.
