Sorry I was talking about a ligit case. I had my wife buy all the kids Yom Tov outfits, on the Amex. And then, one outfit we decide not to keep. Never worn, besides for trying on.
Long story short at the end of the day Amex screwed me, because when I filed the claim I did not actually first try to return the item. Instead I relied on the fact that the store had a one day return policy. They would not let me resubmit my claim.
