No i meant sha'ar habechina where he talks about achieving emunah through observing the world and nature
Surely that would not include pondering how to reconcile faith to science. IMHO it is the exact opposite that is intended. Of course emuna is strengthened through observing nature, and hashems goodness to us.

שְׂאוּ מָרוֹם עֵינֵיכֶם וּרְאוּ מִי בָרָא אֵלֶּה הַמּוֹצִיא בְמִסְפָּר צְבָאָם לְכֻלָּם בְּשֵׁם יִקְרָא מֵרֹב אוֹנִים וְאַמִּיץ כֹּחַ אִישׁ לֹא נֶעְדָּר
כז. לָמָּה תֹאמַר יַעֲקֹב וּתְדַבֵּר יִשְׂרָאֵל נִסְתְּרָה דַרְכִּי מֵיְהֹוָה וּמֵאֱלֹהַי מִשְׁפָּטִי יַעֲבוֹר:
כח. הֲלוֹא יָדַעְתָּ אִם לֹא שָׁמַעְתָּ אֱלֹהֵי עוֹלָם | יְהֹוָה בּוֹרֵא קְצוֹת הָאָרֶץ לֹא יִיעַף וְלֹא יִיגָע

It's all about the context! If one is looking to be a maamin, it's easy. If one is looking to be a kofer on the other hand, from the same area of proof
for emuna (the awesomeness of nature), can be distorted to kefira. -via scientific interpretations and questions.
If one thinks that everything needs to be rationalized and comprehended by the feeble human mind, (-greek
philosophy and modern science), there is no way he can reach real emmuna. Lots of this stuff is spiritual and cannot possibly be comprehended by the sechel.
