Anyone know of health insurance for a long Israel stay?

My husband and I are going to be living in Israel for two-three months in preparation for Aliyah. Under Medicare, neither of our health plans would cover even emergency care if needed, G-d forbid. Does anyone know of a plan, (even high deductible) that would provide for coverage and medivac if one chas veshalom needs to be transported back to the states.  The standard travel plans that I have been looking at have all sorts of Fizzbin exclusions (if it's Tuesday and a full moon, it isn't covered.)  Anyone know of a plan that would provide major coverage to two seniors?  Thanks in advance.

It's very cheap $32 for 100k coverage.

We used it once and they reimbursed.

Anyone with a primary US health plan (excluding Medicaid) can purchase a plan that covers pre-existing conditions at Insurance4trip.com/en as long as it is purchased no later than 1 day prior to departure.
