This may not be the solution to your chase website issue, but I have found times that chase.com did not work for me, it just gave a chrome error page and if I tested it on
www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com it says it is working.
What I discovered is that chase changes their DNS info from time to time either for system maintenance or for security reasons (DDOS) so all you need to do it flush your dns:
Windows Button (start) > type: cmd (or go to "run" and type: cmd) > in the black box that opens type: ipconfig /flushdns
You should get a message confirming that it was done and then you are good to go
