I get all 3 services from optimum for about $150/month. Internet speed is around 15/5.
I called the retention dept earlier this week and got my bill lowered by about $40/month down from $190 but I'm still not happy paying this much...any chance another call to the retention dept could knock some more off my bill?
I also make 1 phone call per day to Verizon since I live in a 3-family house sandwiched between 2 apt buildings that BOTH have FIOS but my address is "unavailable" so I have them submit one of those stupid engineering requests every day(and no one ever gets back to me). Maybe one day I'll get through to someone who actually has half a brain...
