I just received a response from over a week ago, telling me how it doesn't apply to Chase customers...I'm livid. I sent them this response...
It's unfortunate that instead of projecting a positive image of United Airline, you sour the customer experience with your poor service. The screenshot below shows the offer I signed up to, and not the one you quoted. I include this screenshot in my original message along with the link to the original offer. I am shocked that United changed the original link to reflect a different offer, to which I would not be eligible. But, as you can see clearly below, the offer does not exclude for the reasons you gave. I expect my account to be credited appropriately.
I wish you guys would take your customers more seriously, and stop making simple thing so difficult. In addition, it is horrendous that it takes United a week to respond to a simple email inquiry. A mailed letter should take a week, not an email.

Since it was not applicable for Chase credit card holders, you are not eligible to earn miles. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to you.
