Discussing halacha is informative and fun, but some people are way too quick to post statements and pskei dinim, as opposed to svaros and named shitos.

Eg, writing a svarah to make or not make a bracha on LEDs is informative. Writing what your rav told you or what a certain rav says in his shut may be interesting.

Blithely writing that one way or the other is the halachic fact, is not helpful.
Nobody is forcing you to follow them
Feelings don't care about your facts

Lmaan haemes, it is less helpful to write statements of psak when the poskim argue both ways straight down to modern-day poskim on both sides, but posters are not always aware that there is another side to the psak they saw/received.
Still, when there is a clear yesh al mi lismoch on both sides, it seems strange to get worked up over it...

Guys, I try to avoid clutter here.

If you want to discuss, at least put a one line "tachles" in the Wiki.

e.g. Lighting an electrical Shabbos candle (with or without Bracha), ask your rabbi

Also, it can helpfully incite others to post the opposite views, which adds more fun :)

If buying by a fellow jew, but you pay a bit more than the regular price, because you can drag out the payment = Ribbis.

Only if two payment option and price points are specified or obvious.

If you give out your credit card to someone else for help with point or any other reason and the person pays you late, he cannot pay you the late fees and interest.

On that note, you cannot put your house on someone else’s name and pay the mortgage that he officially took out on the home unless you draw up a heter iska from the very beginning of the mortgage. It is considered like you have a separate loan arrangement with him and are paying him ribbis.
