Trying to plan a trip to TLV and DPS.
So far I have the following:
LAX-ZRH-TLV on LX in J
TLV-HKG-DPS on CX in J
DPS-ICN-LAX on KE in F
The question is, which option is best:
(1) Arrive in TLV on Wed (3:50am) and leave Sunday, arrive DPS Monday afternoon (3pm) and leave Thursday (11:30pm), arrive back in LAX 10:30am Friday.
This would allow 4 days in TLV and 3.5 days in DPS, 11 days away.
Concern: Flying TLV-DPS for only 3.5 days on the ground
(2) Arrive in TLV on Wed (3:50am) and leave Sunday, arrive DPS Monday afternoon (3pm) and leave Thursday (4:30pm), arrive in HKG/CNX/USM/PVG/ICN for shabbos, leave Sunday/Monday/Tues to fly back to LAX.
This would allow 4 days in TLV, 3 days in DPS and 2-4 days in HKG/CNX/USM/PVG/ICN, 13-15 days away.
Concerns: Spending shabbos in a city without an eruv (we have a baby in a stroller), cost of extra flights DPS-HKG, already been to HKG and less time in DPS
(3) Arrive in TLV on Thu (3:50am) and leave the following Sunday, arrive DPS Monday afternoon (3pm) and leave Thursday (11:30pm), arrive back in LAX 10:30am Friday.
This would allow 10 days in TLV and 3.5 days in DPS, 17 days away.
Concerns: Flying TLV-DPS for only 3.5 days on the ground
