Did some research.
chip was released on November 2, 2012 original mini
second-generation iPad Mini was announced on October 22, 2013 and released on November 12, 2013. It is the first iPad Mini to feature the Retina Display
I don't see where this one says Retina display. But then again could be optional step up

They've only put out 2 iPad mini's. The newer one has retina display.

It's the 1st Gen. / non-Retina iPad.
In the Deal-A-Day business, they don't just "forget" to include the better specs.
If it was the Retina one it would be advertised in the title.

You can search the Model #'s they have listed here on BestBuy and see for yourself.
