Does anyone have any experience using a reward certificate or booking with points and having more than 2 guests in the room? My husband and I want to bring our kids (5,4,2) with us, and wonder if they would force us to book two rooms or not.
anyone had experience with kids @ ritz? do they charge per kid on top of room price (even w free night)?
Do all rooms have balconies?
just wanna confirmdo they ever have an issue if only the additional guest shows up with their spouse?(and holder of award night, guest #1, isnt coming? - as he is technically the "3rd adult")
why bother? Leave your wife in the side, check in and then bring her to the room. Is it so important to have your wife check in with you?
they may catch on, especially if booked by male with another male checking in requesting a crib for baby, just asking if they "really" care
Lady at check in said i have to pay VAT. I'm using the free night certs. Is she right? Do i pay VAT of the cash value of the room? Also can i drink the complimentary orange juice they gave us? (I eat rabbanut mehadrin)

Can you update us on what ended up happening?
Yeah was just a new check in lady. There weren't any charges when I checked out. Pretty cool that in high season it sounds like they upgraded everyone I met there to suites.
