This is a pre-IPO share. I will give you all the details on it if interested. They were on Startengine. That is how I originally invested in them. They plan to go live on the stock market in 1-2 years. The perk of investing in a company early is it is dirt cheap and go up high on the stock market but of course if the company fails before you lose your investment. But you basically determine which company you believe in and go for it.

Not to rain on your parade, but WeWork is hot garbage (as an investment). It doesn’t seem related to RB’s core business, and what they’d bring to the table for WeWork. At <$40m it also sounds like they have nowhere near the amount needed to buy WeWork. Neumann was talking about offering $600m+ for WeWork.
