Sorting Photos program

I want to give multiple labels to each picture and be able to sort it by pulling up one label.
For example, a picture will be labeled: Rivky, Heshy, Zeidy, Purim 2021,
and I can sort all my photos to gather all pictures with Rivky or Heshy or Zeidy or Purim 2021

A) Is there a program for me to do this?
B) Since I assume this will take lots of memory, I was thinking to use my old computer that can have nothing on it but the pictures.

Amazon photos will do a very good job of labeling people automatically and you can do the rest manually. The advantage of Amazon over Google is that it is unlimited for stills and keeps them at full quality.

Yes and the last verision is actually an excellent stable version, and I have yet to find such good simple software that is comparable. with all the features  it has.
