Usually when I see an abbreviation I pronounce it (in my head), in short form. For example FR would be read ef-are. Therefore grammatically it makes sense to write an FR over a FR (read: a financial review). Same what about MS - I go back and forth between Em-Es and and manufactured spending DROPR -Drop arr No differenceHUCA -always both for me meaning I'll read it as a "HUCA hang up call again"PUTPAC - Put-Pack No difference
