Not in a place where any of the stuff you guys mentioned is a staple. How would you have prime rib that is any good shabbos morning anyhow? Sous vide?

We have hot overnight pastrami all the time. (not at a kiddush, at home)

Ouch. Why would you want to that to Prime Rib? Going to have to give me an invite to try it.
It is the only way to have it hot shabbos morning. The ouch was my point.
I guess I shouldn't talk. I use to put PR through the meat grinder and make hamburgers.
That would probably make for some tasty burgers though!
